Health Care:  The President of Tower  of Hope International Ministries, Mr. Michael Kiyaga, has committed to himself not only to supporting the welfare of the orphaned children but has endevoured to see that their health care is well catered for. This has been evidenced through the Health Centres / Clinics that he has constructed.
